This person will contact prospective and current students to evaluate their needs, follow-up to check on their progress and see if they need additional help, and introduce new products to appropriate students. A strong communicator with an emphasis on building rapport and relationships with individuals, an Education Advocate loves to dig deeper to find out what a student really needs and helps them find the correct product fit. The job is relatively free from direct involvement with details, with few strict guidelines. This job allows a lot of flexibility in how the results are produced. There will be a fair degree of difference from one day to the next, especially with regard to personal interactions. There will be several "pots on the fire" at once, and a relatively quick pace is required to keep everything going smoothly.
